Shipping and Return Policies

It is the policy of Pamela's Lingerie to ensure that all customers are completely satisfied with their purchase of the finest quality lingerie available. We are committed to work with our customers to resolve any problems with the merchandise you receive. Please follow the steps below to resolve any questions or problems you may have. Inquiries, questions, or comments are always welcome to the customer service email address indicated at the bottom of this page. We look forward to hearing from our valued customers. Complete customer satisfaction is our goal and policy.

Shipping Policies

  1. All items shipped in plain packaging with no indication of contents or place of purchase.

  2. Items will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days from time of order.  Orders for multiple items will be shipped partially completed if one or more items are out of stock and required to be put on back-order.

  3. Orders can be shipped to residential, business, or P.O. Box addresses.

Return/Exchange Policies

  1. Due to the nature of the garments, all sales are final. However, exchanges will be accepted under the following conditions.

  2. Individual items can be exchanged due to size, color, or style preferences if item has not been worn or otherwise used.  All manufacturer's tags must still be attached. Thongs and other panty types are excluded from this policy and cannot be exchanged for health reasons.

  3. No items will be accepted for exchange after thirty (30) days from the shipping date indicated on the original invoice.

  4. All exchanges must be pre-approved by sending an email to service@pamelaslingerie.com explaining the reason for the exchange. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned by the service representative and emailed back to the customer if the exchange is approved.

  5. The item to be exchanged must have the RMA number clearly indicated on the shipping package (RMA# xxxxxx).

  6. Items for exchange must be shipped at the customer's expense to address to be provided RMA.
